Seven Seas Diving Contractors(HK) Ltd was founded by Mr. Paul Yip in 1991. Mr. Paul Yip has more than 26 years commercial diving management experience and has rich knowledge of marine engineering .

Seven Seas Diving Contractors(HK) Ltd has gained considerable experience and has achieved much success in the marine industry. It has been involved in many of Hong Kong's main infrastructure projects, such as, Central Reclamation Phase Number Three, West Kowloon station and tunnels and recently subcontracted for the DSD contract. The company also provides a quality service for all aspects of underwater construction, maintenance, repair, demolition and inspection.

Seven Seas Diving Contractor (HK) Ltd has been involved with numerous culvert and pipeline rehabilitation projects and has extensive experience in the application of underwater and topside concrete repair using a range of specialized epoxy coatings, epoxy grouts and high strength cementations grouts to provide a successful long term repair.

The company has completed numerous culvert repair works using a method of sealing defective culvert joints with a fast shutter system and injection of Polyurethane, approved by the Hong Kong Government.
